  • When your User Content includes portraits or faces, we may analyze the uploaded material. This may involve deriving feature points (e.g., vector points of eyes, nose, mouth) and contour lines from the input material for processing. This information is considered "Face Data".
  • Important: We do not analyze facial recognition features to uniquely identify individuals from pictures, nor do we collect, share, or store Face Data for identification purposes. The above data is processed solely to enable the video generation features you request and cannot be used to identify any specific person. We will not use this data for any purpose other than those explicitly stated in this Policy.
• Communication Information: If you contact us for support or other inquiries, we will collect your contact information (such as your email address) and the contents of your messages.

B. Personal Data We Automatically Collect

The resulting AI-generated videos are stored and associated with your account. We retain this generated content for as long as your account is active, or until you choose to delete the specific content yourself through the app. All of your content is deleted when you delete your account.

Your data may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ. As a UK-based company, when we transfer data outside of the UK/EEA, we ensure that appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, are in place to provide a comparable level of data protection.
